I spent three nights in a Standard Double Room, Non-Smoking while visiting Cape Town for a family trip. The staff was genuinely supportive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I appreciated the excellent breakfast with various options each morning and the hotel's central location near many attractions. However, the carpet in the room felt outdated and could use an upgrade to enhance the overall ambiance.

The staff here really stood out for me especially this one lady who helped me find my way around and even gave me some awesome tips about the local food scene and the room I had was pretty compact but it was clean and functional for what I needed while I was there
